...and I'm a Fitness Coach with over 20 years' experience, specialising in empowering woman through menopause, with smarter fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies.


With over 20 years’ experience as an educator and practitioner, with a background in biomedical science, sport science, and strength training, I’ve always been passionate about helping people reach their full potential.


Seeing the challenges women face during menopause inspired me to create John Chisholm Fitness—a space where I combine my expertise with practical, real-world solutions to help women regain their energy, strength, and confidence.

Professional Background:

I hold a BSc (hons) in Biomedical & Sport Science and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, and have over two decades of experience in women’s strength training.


I' am a published author with peer-reviewed journal articles, including research in Clinical Physiology, and the impact of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and diabetes.


Personal Motivation:

As a coach, I’m passionate about empowering menopausal women to take control of their health and achieve their goals.
